Dried Herb
Directions for Use
One to two teaspoons to one cup of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and drink up to three times daily.
Notes on the Herb
Nettle herb is an excellent skin remedy for toxic and allergic skin problems such as eczema, urticaria and acne. It aids elimination of wastes via the kidneys, especially uric acid, making nettles of great value in gout. It is a highly nutritive herb, containing iron, calcium, potassium and silica. Suitable for children.
